Easy and simple ways to Weight Loss



Weight Loss is considered to be a tough task, but what if we get few very easy and simple ways to deal with this dangerous problem. Friends, I am again with my next post after ‘4 Pillars of a Healthy Lifestyle’ and this time let me tell you few simple weight loss points. So, here we go:
Stop Assuming: We make a mistake when we assume that we’ll get our weight balanced after few time. Its not the case, until we take steps in this regard it is a hard truth that Weight Loss will not happen.
Be Active: Friends our main aim should be discontinue sitting for longer time periods. This I know cannot be avoided, but we break this longer sitting time periods with regular breaks of 2-3 minutes with light walking and stretching.
Easy Exercises: I know with some people it is really hard to exercise regularly, but this doesn’t mean we should not do any kind exercise. Better solution is just taking few simple exercises and trying them for few minutes with at least 3 times a week.
Cutting excess Calories: Ok let us accept this fact that in most of the cases overweight people love food and cannot cut down on their loving high calorie food. I understand, even I am fond of some tempting tasty dishesJ. But, friends at least we can do this thing that just try to reduce your calorie intake by at least 30%-40%. This means that if you eat 10 high calorie food diets in a week; reduce it by 3-4 times a week.
Set Goals: It is very important to set a goal in whatever we do and the same applies here. Set a goal of loosing 1-2 Pounds per week. This will really keep you motivated and passionate towards achieving your as I have full faith on you and I know you can do this!
Be Patient: We also need to understand that excess weight is not gained overnight and the same applies to results. You need to be patient and confident about the results.
So, let us hope to shed out those extra pounds with your strong determination.
